This Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of services provided by Onist Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to clients (“you” or “Client”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described herein.
1. Service Delivery
Onist Agency provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, creative production, paid advertising management, and organic marketing strategy. Upon execution of a signed agreement or statement of work (SOW), and receipt of any required upfront payment, services will be initiated and delivered according to the timeline and deliverables set forth in the agreement.
All services are delivered digitally. Deliverables may include, but are not limited to, digital assets, reports, campaign data, or strategy documents, and will be provided through secure digital means such as email, cloud storage, or project management platforms.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final once work has commenced. Refunds will not be issued for completed work or time allocated. If you believe a service has not been delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon scope, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the deliverable. We reserve the right to review and, at our sole discretion, address any concerns raised.
3. Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time with written notice. For project-based engagements, cancellations made after project commencement may be subject to fees for work performed up to the cancellation date. For retainer-based agreements, a minimum notice period of fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the next billing cycle is required to avoid additional charges.
4. Returns
As we do not sell physical products, and all services are digitally rendered and customized, there are no goods to return. Requests for revisions or modifications to deliverables may be considered in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement.
